Skills as an Instructional Designer

Within this audiovisual presentation, it was imperative for me to figure out which learning practices were best for students. When doing more research, I came to the realization that all learning strategies for students can look different. They looked different for me when i was in school, and they also definitely look different for every student I have in my everyday job! As an instructional designer, it is imperative to think about how these practices can look different for everyone!
